Welcome to Maryland State Arts Council's eGrant.net application system.

eGrant.net is an Internet-based grant application system that provides step by step instructions for submitting your grant application. Application revisions and interim and final reports are also submitted through eGrant.net.

Make sure to provide an accurate email when registering: Notification of application submission, required application revisions, and deadlines for interim and final reports will be sent to the  email address you provide to eGrant.net. Keep your email information updated if you make changes at your organization, otherwise you will miss notices. Changing the contact person and email in the egrant.net applicaton does not change your user profile.  Go to the My Account button at the top of the screen to make updates.

READ BEFORE REGISTERING

  • DO NOT REGISTER YOUR ORGANIZATION MORE THAN ONCE IN eGrant.net. Your application could be compromised if you register more than one time.
  • If you think your organization is already registered in eGrant.net, please DO NOT register again.
  • If you are not sure if your organization is registered in eGrant.net, please contact MSAC at 410-767-6555 or msac@msac.org BEFORE proceeding.
  • If you cannot remember your eGrant.net login and password, please contact MSAC at 410-767-6555 or msac@msac.org.  Do not re-register.

Mac users: Please utilize the latest or previous version of Mozilla FireFox (recommended), Safari or Netscape Navigator to access your application.

PC users: Please utilize the latest or previous version of Mozilla FireFox (recommended), Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator to access your application.

 

**NEW** LOGIN AND PASSWORD INFORMATION:
IF YOU ARE ALREADY A REGISTERED EGRANT USER:
You must add MD_before your login name. If your login name was 'arts123', in eGrant.net it is 'MD_arts123'.

If your password is 6 characters or more it remains the same. If is it less than 6 characters we have changed it for you by adding MDPW, so if your password was 'arts' now it is 'MDPWarts'. You can change your password once you login by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT button at the top of the screen.
